As maven b5 was released yesterday I would expect to see the updates to the other projects in the near future.
The alternative is to manually download the missing jar files from one of the old repositories (http://jakarta.apache.org/turbine/jars or jars2) or from the projects themselves and fix the project descriptor manually. Yes, this is a PITA, but you can at least get things working with a little effort. I am assuming things will get better as maven stabilises. That said, it will be interesting to see how well the ibiblio repository is maintained (no better than the apache one so far) as it is not clear who does it nor when.
