It is still not clear whether or not you have clicked on the "Request roles"
link - this should present you with a matrix of the available modules and
the available roles, choose the developer role in the modules you are
interested in (I think you want "Torque > Source") and then click the
"Request roles" button at the bottom of the page.  Please report back any
problem you encounter following these instructions.
