From my experiences, you don't need the build time stuff under your WEB-INF. I'm not sure what your situation is but everything other than /lib is not needed for running Torque based apps. My build scripts simply move classes libs and config files over under WEB-INF and never the build-time vm scripts and such.

My experience with the error you are getting is there is an error in your
dsfactory settings. I haven't tried the Jdbc2Pool method but maybe you can
try another approach. In your Torque.properties try replacing your

Torque root directory is required for Torque to run? I
