Subject: Error in velocity

Now I'm using ant 1.5.1, in cygwin environment, and when I run ant, got
the following error:

2002-10-29 15:32:16,351 - ResourceManager : unable to find resource
'VM_global_library.vm' in any resource loader.
2002-10-29 15:32:16,351 - Velocimacro : error using VM library template
VM_global_library.vm :
org.apache.velocity.exception.ResourceNotFoundException: Unable to find
resource 'VM_global_library.vm'

This "VM_global_library.vm" really doesn't exists anywhere in torque
directory tree.

What could be the problem?
