config turbine

Hi,

I'm new with Turbine and i can't seem to get the JAVA_HOME variable set correctly.

I have:
c:\JDK1.3
c:\Program Files\JavaSoft\Jre\1.3\
c:\tdk

Setting the Path and Classpath is no problem but the JAVA_HOME is causing me problems 
and i've tried several things. Can anyone assist me with this.
