$link.setPage($data.getScreenTemplate()) gets me _almost_ there, but I get
http://www.demo.com/turbine/servlet/turbine/%2findex.vm; jsessionid=<xxx>
note the %2f in front of "index.vm".
How can I do this? Am I just overseeing something obvious?
