I suspect this was found in http://jakarta.apache.org/turbine/howto/tdk-
howto.html in the paragraph entitled Action Events, rather than in the margin
menu.
BTW, I have found the same Servlet shutdown exception while using 2.1b4 but Jon
noted that this should have been corrected in 2.1 final. Same loop:

I now get a massive stack trace including an IllegalStateException with the
intriguing message "Can't happen - classname is null, who added this ?"
Clues, anyone?
