Actually, my bad currently I am including from within my screen class using
data.getPage() to add them to the <head>
tag of the document.

src="somejavascript.js"> ) into the head of the document from a screen. I
don't see a method to add javascript references
from within TemplatePageAttributes. For now, I'm just including them in the
body of the html file.
