Finally managed to get it work.
As Jason and John pointed out, there is a problem with the TDK 2.1 release,
the newapp-schema.xml is set to:
<table name="RDF">
<colum name="RDF_ID" autoincrement="true" .... />
To work using Oracle it must be:
<table name="RDF" idMethod="idbroker">
<colum name="RDF_ID" .... />
It is fixed in CVS.
