It seems to me that Velocity is core to turbine. How about including
the content of the Velocity site in addition to that of the Turbine site.
It would be handy to have a local copy of the VTL Reference and the
other Velocity docs.
The same goes for the JavaDoc - how about including the Velocity
classes and the Village classes (necessary as soon as you start doing)
anything non-basic with peers.
