I am currently researching development choices other than JSP and really
like what I see with Velocity + Turbine. The thing I don't need from Turbine
is its OM tool, security, DB connection pooling, and Peer model. I just want
to use Velocity + Turbine as a clean framework for page generation and
action handling. Can anyone let me know if they have done this, or the steps
I need to do to accomplish this. The TurbineProperties file is full of
things I don't need, like a TurbineUser and Peer information. Is there
anyway to bypass this information?
