What are the different methods for internationalizing Velocity templates in a Turbine app? Can you set up localized templates, and if so, what would I have to do to get Turbine to use them (starting from a "TDK-type" application)? And/Or can you set up single templates that resolve languages at runtime? Again, a brief HOWTO would be great. What are the performance issues?
