The init target runs the other targets in proper sequence. Look at
build.xml and you can figure out the sequence of correct targets.

ps- may I suggest that you use Mysql until you get more familiar with
the way this stuff works, then switch to Postgresql? Turbine/Torque
works with Mysql without a hitch. I've done this with Oracle and am now
as happy as a clam...
