Vague guess: two weeks. I am working on an installer which seems to be all
fine and well but SSL setup is proving to be a severe PITA.

It's in CVS HEAD
${applicationRoot}
${webappRoot}
are available, and that's it so far. I usually put the hsqldb in the
WEB-INF/db directory myself and always use the ${webappRoot}.
