Hi Robert, have you tried Sybase ASA (Adaptive Server Anywhere)? The smaller of the two Sybase DB's. It's much cheaper than IBM and ORA..., has a small db-engine for pda's (PALM & WIN AFAIK) includes replication features. It's stable and easy to install and does not need any maintenance.
