How is service instantiation controlled from the development environment? Can I add/remove services by editing TurbineResources.properties?
The reason I ask is my simple command-line application cannot start because it fails to initialize one of the Turbine services (Velocity) properly, but I don't need this.. Also, I'm having a hard time figuring out just what the "service broker" is doing, where it's getting the configuration information that is causing TurbineConfig.init() to fail when I try to run it on the command-line.
