For my application, I need to create an application-scoped singleton class that implements the event notifier pattern. The Turbine services framework seems to be perfect for this!
Unfortunately, the documentation does not appear to address this. Any advice? Also, this is a common problem. I wonder if anyone else has implemented this pattern in a reusable way?
