I am sorry to go off-list like this, but I am at a stand-still with my
current projects because of this issue.

When you built torque, it created a torque.3.0.zip in the bin folder, right?
Would you mind emailing me this zip file? I have no great desire to BUILD
torque, I just want to USE it! ;)
