W. Todd,
Excuse me for having so much problems but now I've finished the
configuration process, I can't run the startup.sh script, the error is "file
not found" ? is this internal to the script or something else ? because I
can run the tomcat 3.3 but none of the starting script seems to work and
always give the same error as if the file don't exist

Thanks,

Olgierd

Yes, that's what I'm trying to do, a time a go I was able to make turbine
work with an earlier version, but I can't make the turbine 2.1 work this
time. I have the postgresql jdbc jar file at the lib dir and the database
running ok, but always send me the same error. Do I need Java2 ? because I
have JDK1.1.8 running.

Thanks a lot W. Todd for your very fast reply!

Have you done the build with the default newapp yet? If not I would try
that first.

Hi,
I've been trying to start Turbine 2.1 with postgresql 7.1 and I get the
following error at the ant init stage

Postgresql is running ok, the database have one table (but is not the same
name of the application, and I've changed that name in the build.properties
file), does turbine have to create it own database ?

Thanks in advance.
