Unfortunately that didn't help - it looked for the jars locally (where I'm
trying to build them) and there's not there for it to get.

The error I'm getting occurs when I issue the 'ant' command under:

jakarta-commons-sandbox/util

It looks like it is having problems resolving the symbol 'Strings' - I've
put it in the CLASSPATH to no avail.  I think I shall just wait for the
decoupled jar proported to be available Monday.
