if this is correct .../webapps/rwtransform/resources/global.js
and rwtransform is your app root...
then getURI("resources/global.js"); should work
if not... ??????
but you say you're getting a blank page....
the only think I can think of off hand is that turbine is not
finding you're layout .vm
