The torque tutorial says that there is no production release of the standalone version of torque, and provides a link to the beta version torque-3.0-b1.zip.
If this is correct, what is contained in the file torque-2.1.zip, which is in the same download directory as turbine 2.1? I had assumed that this is the first production standalone version of torque. Is the information in the tutorial incorrect?
