I'm using torque-3.0b1 with the bookstore tutorial application. Q1. Why is it that when I specify idMethod="none" on a table, that an entry is still made for that table in the id_table?
Q2. Is there any more documentation of the schema other than the current "schema reference"? The "type" attribute of the "column" element says that it is "covered below", but I can't find any further documentation of the types. Is there any?
