Right now you cannot just replace turbine services with Fulcrum's. Some parts of turbine are still coupled to the old services. Several things have changed since I wrote that message. A number of things that used to be in Stratum have moved to commons. The recent fulcrum builds therefore require a recent stratum build and a few items from commons.
