Yes, I know about this issue a while back and there doesn't seem to be a solution to it. It seems like the dtd file is in the source distribution but not packaged into the jar. I ended up commenting out the DTD line (so there's no DTD verification) and it seems to work for the moment. Otherwise, I have to find a way to figure out how to take in the Turbine source and build in my comapny's environment. It's somewhat different than Maven's model so it's a little tricky. From what I see the n dependencies that Turbine has is somewhat a headache. Maybe I'll try later when Maven's more stable. -- William Lee (Will) | Sendmail Inc.
