Hi,
When I tried to create tables in DB2, using torque it is showing following
errors.
Error 1:
While adding constains it showing error like "Length exceeding 18
characters"
Description:
While setting constrain name torque is taking table name + field
name + PK/FK for example TURBINE_NAME_LOGIN_NAME_PK
similarly for other tables also, I think DB2 supports containt name upto 18
characters becuase after removed some characters manually in the .vm
file it was created perfectly.
Error 2:
Invalid character "/*"
Description:
While insrting data to the table it is showing above said error, it
is becuase of the comment line mentioned above the each table.
Error 3:
No Valid driver
Description:
I have used the db2java.zip(updated to JDBC2.0) in someother
application it worked well but, turbine is showing the above said
error, though I give correct file in correct path.
Above mentioned 3 errors have been encountered during my testing with DB2
database.
If any one have come across such problem, please share your ideas to resolve
the above mentioned problem,
