After realising that my previously posted example was a push MVC model, I've been re-reading the stuff about the pull model MVC. It seems fine in theory but I'd like a more concrete example.
We've got these main docs http://jakarta.apache.org/turbine/turbine-2/services/pull-service.html http://jakarta.apache.org/turbine/turbine-2/howto/pullmodel-howto.html http://jakarta.apache.org/turbine/turbine-2/pullmodel.html These are all fine as far as they go but I'd be a lot happier with a pull model equivalant to newapp. As far as I can see the tdk newapp is entirely a push MVC model. Can anyone knock one together to demonstrate some best practice principles? The only pull model code I know is Scarab but I'm not prepared to scour its code in order to understand how to do turbine pull properly.
