changed TR.properties to add screens:

module.packages=vstreet.turbine.myapp.modules.screens,vstreet.turbine.myapp.modules,vstreet.turbine.tools,org.apache.turbine.flux.modules
=================================^^^^^^^

restarted catalina and got same result as in earlier post.
