You need to specify your action like so:
setAction("kunden.KundenAction");
This will try to instantiate:
de.geoconnect.audiotex.modules.actions + whatever you specify in setAction()
ie.
de.geoconnect.audiotex.modules.actions.kunden.KundenAction
befor it would have looked for :
de.geoconnect.audiotex.modules.actions.KundenAction
and not finding it thrown the exception...
