Yes, this allows multiple groups to appear and it works well.  My problem is
that I occasionally want to recycle the default group such that it appears
on consecutive pages without carrying over the values form the previous
page.  I have tried all of the relevant methods for the group but I cannot
achieve this.  I think this actually points to a bug in
Group.removeFromRequest(), but I have not confirmed this yet.
