I use the following code:

You call them in order and you're done. Try to enclose the calls in a
singleton, because the initialization should be done only once. Call
initializeTorque() first and then initializeFulcrum(). After that, use
the ssFulcrum field (public static SecurityService ssFulcrum) to access
the Fulcrum SecurityService methods.
