Hello. I get to pull information out of a legacy unix system (fortunately it supports SQL and ODBC!) and put it into SQL Server for web-based reporting using Turbine. One idea I had was to use Torque and the SchedulerService. Has anybody tried this? If so, how was your experience?
Does anybody have other ideas? Mine include writing a VB module and running it from the windows task scheduler of the SQLServer Job Scheduler, or using the SQLServer Job scheduler to run a SELECT INTO sql statement.
