I know, we're maxing out the resources on daedalus, our main web server (it seems)... We're shifting some of the load to some other servers, but it's not an easy task, especially considering the fact that all systems are live... My suggestion is that if you need to download something, go to our main mirror on http://nagoya.apache.org/dist/ and start from there, we're redirecting some of the traffic from www.apache.org, but if people start doing that on their own, it'll only help! :-) Take care...
