need help for turbine project $$

Hi.
Finally one of those spam messages that promise you money for staying at home and working ;)
Anyway, I am not a head hunter, or company, I am just a guy who has been working on a project on the side that really underestimated the project. I love turbine, velocity, etc. The only problem I have is that I am only one person.

I need some help (extra hands that can code).
I am able to slice off this discrete chunk and farm if off. You can work at home, using your own tdk, database.

Here is what you get:
a turbine schema that describes the tables that I designed.
You can do it in mysql or hypersonic. TDK 2.1

7 tables, 7 association tables. Not too many attributes or business rules.

Here is what I need:
Screens that create, update, delete data from the aforementioned tables.
Screens can be jsp or velocity (but I prefer velocity).
