I have also just started to try to implement this. Have you read the outline that Henning posted to the list in september? I think it's quite helpful. Can I ask you something, what services have you switched to Fulcrum already? If I got Henning right, he said that it is impossible to switch to his Security Service only and leave all the other services Turbine-based. Unfortunetely he didn't tell me which services are needed to switch to Fulcrum.
