Hi Esteban, if you want to create a "serious" web-application I recommend to use Maven as build-tool for your Turbine web-app. Check out in the archives for instructions how to start a Maven-enabled Turbine-webapp. There is one howto by myself, and the other one that was submitted just yesterday by Lester Ward.
If you just want to "play around" you might be better off with the latest TDK that includes all that you need to get started (turbine, torque, tomcat etc.). Good luck!
