What a wild coincidence. When I first read this thread I said to myself
"Ouch....glad I haven't seen that problem". Well, today I started investigating
a bug in our web app that was appearing sporadically. The cause? An action being
called twice just as described.  :(

I'm using Tubine 2.1 on Win2k.

There's nothing abnormal in the Turbine.log file.

I've just put in an app-specific workaround for the time being and won't have a
chance to debug it for a while. But I thought I'd chime in to let it be known
that someone else is experiencing the problem.
