Hi Rodrigo, I used to (and still sometimes) have this problem. Sometimes it is complaining about stratum, sometimes about torque, sometimes about something else. I found out that it is connected to the Torque not starting properly. When i see this message i abort the loading of Turbine and start Tomcat again. I guess it's some kind of a race condition, but have no time yet to delve into it properly.
