Horrible exception

Hello,

I have got a Horrible exception saying that it could not find a screen template. But the template was there and also the corresponding java file. Actually it was working fine and then stopped working giving that message.Because I could not find any explanation why it did not work I just removed the webapp and created again with the same files. And now it works again. Please could anybody tell me what happened and what to do so that it does not happen again in the future. The app was in TDK 2.1. The app will be moved to TDK 2.2 so hopefully it will not happen there and the problem will be resolved. Unfortunately I did not save the exception reading.
