2.2.1 will be a bugfix release to 2.2. You can see the changes so far by
going to:
http://jakarta.apache.org/turbine/turbine-2.2.1/changes.html
There is currently no firm plan on a 2.2.1 release, but you can build it
yourself from cvs.
