Make sure the startup.sh is marked as executable.

I am having problems installing tdk-2.2 under linux. I already extracted
the tdk, but when I try to execute the startup.sh script, I get the
following error: ": bad interpreter: No such file or directory". Any idea
what could it be? I already had the tdk2.1 working on that same machine.
