Look into the "torque-<xxx>.jar" in WEB-INF/lib ;-) It is a resource
stream, not a file.
This sounds like a problem with either ant or your JDK. I must admit
that I haven't tried out ant 1.5.2 yet. It seems that the createdb task
can't load the needed template from the jar.
