Is turbine-3 likely to ever be released? Is turbine-3 "working" well enough for the developers to use it in their projects but nobody has the time to make an "official" release? Or, is turbine-3 a dead project and all activity is on turbine-2? (Some substantial performance enhancements were made to DynamicURI in the turbine-3 branch.
