Ok,

I'm new to Turbine, but have no difficulty at all, so I guess it must be
your environment:

I'm using W98Se, Ant 1.5.2, tdk-2.2, jdk 1.3. make sure that you have
set up your environment variables:
ANT_HOME=c:\ant
JAVA_HOME=c:\jdk1.3
TDK_HOME=C:\tdk-2.2

Subject: why so difficult?

I'm now running the latest release version of Turbine (2.2_01) but
cannot get any project to build without a multitude of Ant build errors.
The instructions (tutorial) on the TDK website don't properly match the
latest release version.

Could someone please tell me what I need to have setup in my environment
to get Turbine to work properly? i.e. what JDK version? what Ant
version? what turbine version? does it match the instructions?

I'm about 12 hours into just getting a sample for my own project to work
but still don't have anthing but a huge list of Ant errors. Has anyone
gotten Turbine 2.2_01 to work?

Thanks,
 - Matt
