Where "XXX" is the name of the service that is removed (i.e. the four 
services in the list below).

That's all the services!  Is that correct?

Then it goes onto "earlyInit Parameter For Selected Services" for the
PullService and SessionService.  This is confusing. :(
Does anyone have a good default TurbineResources.properties I can see?
