I wasn't going to post this to the general users group until I had it
completed, but there seems to be some good demand for it. I have a prelim
of the tdk-2.3 up at the following url

I welcome feedback for bugs :) I know flux isn't working yet and the
sample app is kind of baren, but it does setup your environment properly
(I'm pretty sure) for running turbine-2.3 under tomcat 4.1.29
I will try to finish cleaning up the sample app today and hopefully get
this out as final by tomorrow or sunday with the approval of the turbine
developers
