getMapBuilder() is just a deprecation warning. torque-3.1 now has this 
method deprecated, although it should still compile fine. the problem lies 
in torque's generator which is generating code that is deprecated. I need 
to issue a bug report with them.

you should still be able to proceed even with these warnings
