Hi Sean,
is is like Eric already said in this tread: The source of the plugin has
moved to extensions/maven-plugin of the CVS head.
I just veryfied it, and it worked. So, if you update your how-to, you should
point to the right directory.

It is in src/maven-plugin directory of the Turbine 2.3 sources.  (I'm not
sure about 2.4)

I updated the "how-to" page to clear up this one point. (I really need to
redo the full procedure and update the page significantly...)

Both anonymous CVS and web cvs worked for me when I just tried it...
