Hi Melanie, i suppose you did try it with the TDK Version 2.3, where there is a known error: In some XML-Files the DocType Definition maps to online DTD�s, so you will only go through ant init when being online... or you change the DocType Tag. Look for:
<!DOCTYPE database SYSTEM "http://jakarta.apache.org/turbine/dtd/database_3_1.dtd";> in your XML files below webapps\newapp\WEB-INF\conf.
