I had this problem with Oracle - don't know what DB you're running...

If you've got Oracle:
I had to replace the Oracle JDBC version to get this to work right.
(I've done other upgrades as well though, i.e. - Oracle 9i)  Oracle
actually has this bug posted on their website - FYI.
